Although I am a transplant to Indiana, I am the person most agents come to for directions to find homes for sale. Born and raised in the State of Washington, my wife, Marlene, and I moved here in 2002. Prior to our move, my wife and I operated a livestock market (known as the Twin City Sale) for nearly 25 years. Yes, I was a cattle auctioneer for nearly 25 years. My last work was for our church where I managed the cleaning, repairing, remodeling and rebuilding of 22 church buildings worth millions of dollars as well as handling budgets worth millions of dollars. I was in that position for 12 years. Even though we don't have the mountains and Puget Sound around us anymore, we enjoy the flatness and the corn and soybean fields and their beauty.
